See the difference professional photography can make
Use the sliders to see the differences in these images.
In the first example the photographer has trouble getting the image bright enough, also the focus is blurred giving the impression of a gloomy room. Dark or indistinct images make a property harder to sell – buyers are less likely to show interest and that could result in a longer time on the market and lower sale price for the seller.
The second example shows that even though the ‘before’ image is straight and quite bright, that windows are ‘blown out’ and the colours are off.
Great images help to sell houses! I will deliver images that you and your clients can be proud of and that give prospective buyers a realistic first glimpse of what could possibly be their dream home!
Please contact me if you have any questions, I’d be happy to discuss your needs. Best regards, Louise 613.269.2941
There are several steps that your images go through in post production including –
I make sure your houses don’t look as if they have leaning or distorted walls, making corrections where needed to ensure that vertical surfaces are in fact vertical.
I colour correct my images to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Bear in mind that everyone’s monitor displays things slightly differently so colours can vary from screen to screen.
Time permitting, at no extra cost, I will replace skies on front shots of homes if the weather is dull or uninviting. This means that even if I shot the home on a grey day you will likely receive a front shot of the home that shows blue skies.
My home base is Merrickville – I cover the areas from Perth in the west to Chesterville in the east, Carleton Place to the north and Brockville to the south.
Due to the large area that I cover travel charges may apply for some outlying areas. I will let you know when you book your tour if there will be a charge for your location.
